Your MLM Success Requires These Two Things
MLM success is something everyone in network marketing wants, yet it seems elusive to most. Why did you join the network marketing industry? Did you want to make an extra couple hundred bucks a month or 5 figures a month? Doesn't matter. Success is subjective. It means different things to different people. However, although it's meaning can change, the fundamentals do not.
Your mlm success will derive from a number of things working in synergy to create the results you want. Your mindset, commitment to personal development, persistence, proper mlm training, the right mlm company, will all play a part.
However, there are at least two things that are absolutely necessary for you to have mlm success.
Leads - That kind of goes without saying, right. Think of leads as oxygen, and just as we need it to survive, so does your mlm business. The challenge is that most don't know how to properly get leads.
You enter the business extremely excited and you rush out and talk to uninterested, uninformed family and friends. What happens? You get rejected of course. Some may even make you feel crazy or stupid for joining a "pyramid scheme"
You may even get a few to join because they simply want to support you, but they won't work the business and will eventually quit. So now, you've run through your warm market and right into the warm market wall and you've run out of people to take to. You're now discouraged and you give up and quit.
What if there were a better way? What if you had 10-20 fresh leads to talk to every single day? I know that's a stretch for many of you right now, so let's say 2 leads a day. That's 60 leads a month. Would that change your business and put you back on the path to mlm success?
But wait...
Now, imagine if those 60 leads already believed in the concept of network marketing. What if you didn't have to persuade them that it wasn't a pyramid scheme or a scam?
I'm not saying you shouldn't talk to your warm market, indeed you should. Just be sure that you're doing it the right way. But you'll still need a steady flow of leads to guarantee mlm success after you've exhausted the warm market.
Ok, now that we have leads...what's the next step to MLM Success?
Monetize those leads using a funded proposal - What's a funded proposal? Glad you asked. A funded proposal is what the top earners in network marketing are using to make money from the people who will say "No" to their business. It is a fact that 90-95% of people will not join your business. Doesn't matter how great your product or comp plan is, they won't join!
With a funded proposal, it doesn't matter. Imagine if you could still make money from the people who didn't join for whatever reason? Would that make a difference to your mlm success? Of course, it would.
Considering that most newbie marketers actually spend more than they make, having the ability to profit from those who say no can be a huge determining factor as to whether you stay in business or not.
If you calculate the expenses, of your auto-ship, auto-responder, web hosting, etc. (all fees the average marketer pays), that can take a toll on your monthly budget.
But if you had a mlm success system that allowed you to make money from those "no's", then you could pay for all your expenses without cutting into your wallet or commissions. Successful people use systems.
In other words, you can be in the black and not the red and you don't have to worry about your business taking money out of your house. So, say good-bye to those dreaded looks and remarks from your spouse or loved ones for losing more money.
Although your marketing strategies may differ, to give yourself the best chance of succeeding, you must have these two things in place.
If you have these, along with a solid company, the right product and a lucrative compensation plan, you will definitely be on your way to unlimited mlm success.
